All of our steaks are hand trimmed & portioned. They must also meet FoodGifts.com's strict product quality guidlines for marbling, color and texture. All of our ground burgers and bulk have a 10% natural fat content. This allows our burgers to have less shrinkage on the grill, giving you more value.
