Using only Agostino Platinum Reserve^® brand, our on-site meat-cutters customize each and every order to meet the rigid standards set by Agostino Passanante 80 years ago. Also, our entire food operation meets and exceeds the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) guidelines and regulations as a USDA Inspector is on premises daily. After customizing your order, the product is vacuum sealed and flash-frozen. All orders are packed in styrofoam containers and either delivered personally by our experienced delivery men for orders in the Mid-Atlantic Region, or shipped via UPS anywhere in North America.
