Product Quality Assurance

At Foodgifts, we are committed to our strict standards for quality on all of our products. Our beef standards go above and beyond what you can find in a supermarket. Not only do we carry only USDA grade Choice or Higher beef, we provide hand trimmed and portioned steaks that are wet aged for a minimum of 21 days before cutting. In addition, all steaks and roasts must have a moderate to high amount of marbling with a marbling texture that is medium to fine. All of our beef will be superior USDA grade of 3.9 or leaner to eliminate excessive fat cover, and our stict color standards require all of our beef to be free of dark cutting characteristics. 

In addition to our beef standards we also only carry, Grade A poultry, Locally raised grain and corn fed pork, Ocean fresh seafood, hand made fresh then frozen pasta, Pellman Desserts, 100% Organic Vegetables, Hand stuffed chicken breasts, and many more prepared products. Our facility is USDA inspected and an inspector is present on site daily.

In addition to these standards, Our Liberty Natural Line provides foods that are Antibiotic and Hormone Free, minimally processed, and have no added ingredients. 

All of our products are individually wrapped and vaccum sealed in air tight packaging, then flash frozen to ensure freshness.
